I can help you gain greater control over your life, by working in collaboration with you to develop your own resources and skills which you can practice in the sessions with me, and then independently in your daily life.
I see people as individuals and I endeavour to be sensitive to your own needs and values, cultural or spiritual background. I believe it is important to work at your own pace, on issues and goals chosen together with you. Regular reviews of progress and evaluation of goals increase the effectiveness of therapy.
